The 2021 graduates of Weill Cornell Medical College and Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences were honored in a livestreamed digital Commencement ceremony on May 20. 

Dr. Eric Huang, a professor of pathology at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine and physician-scientist who earned his doctorate from the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences in 1993, has been awarded the 2021 Weill Cornell Graduate School Alumni Award of Distinction.

Dr. Peter Hotez, M.D. ’87, Ph.D., dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine and professor of pediatrics and of molecular virology and microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine, has been awarded the Weill Cornell Medical College Alumni Association Award of Distinction.
