Following a sweeping effort in 2019 to address clinical care team well-being across Weill Cornell Medicine, physicians note a reduction in stress and feelings of burnout compared to previous surveys.

Weill Cornell Medicine today celebrated the opening of a new, multidisciplinary medical practice in Long Island City. The comprehensive practice, in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian, expands access to the institutions’ leading physicians in Queens and offers a one-stop destination for some of the most in-demand specialties for adults and children.

Two distinguished Weill Cornell Medicine faculty members, Dr. Rahul Sharma and Dr. Adam Stracher, have been selected for the Crain’s 2020 Notable in Health Care in New York City list.

Dr. Robert Min has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Weill Cornell Medicine’s Physician Organization, effective Jan. 1. Dr. Adam Stracher has been named chief medical officer of the physician organization and promoted to associate dean for clinical affairs.
