Developed in collaboration with New York Collaborates for Autism, the 11,000-square-foot facility will provide comprehensive services to people with autism spectrum disorders at every stage of life, from infancy through adulthood.

Dr. Choi currently is the Parker B. Francis Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston.

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital celebrated the dedication of the W. P. Carey Emergency Unit at a ceremony held on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Made possible by a $5 million gift from the W. P. Carey Foundation, the facility is a critical component of the hospital's emergency services.
