The Department of Radiology is hosting a memorial service and memorial lecture for Dr. John A. Evans on May 3, at 5 p.m. in Uris Auditorium. Dr. Evans, who died on Dec. 24 at age 92, was emeritus professor of radiology, radiologist-in-chief, and former chairman of the department at The NewYork Hospital-Cornell Medical Center.
Following the memorial service, Dr. Christian Herold, professor of radiology at the University Hospital of Vienna, will present the John A. Evans Memorial Lecture on the topic "European Radiology in the 21st Century."
