Dr. Joseph Schlessinger
Dr. Joseph Schlessinger, the Helen and Milton A. Kimmelman Professor and chairman of pharmacology at New York University Medical Center and director of NYU's Skirball Institute of Biomolecular Medicine, will be the guest of the Department of Biochemistry on May 7 as the Alton Meister Memorial Lecturer (4 p.m. in Weill Auditorium). Dr. Schlessinger's topic will be "Cellular Signaling by Tyrosine Phosphorylation."
