Members of the medical community are invited to attend the opening reception for the 11th Medical Complex Art Show on Friday, Oct. 26, at 3 p.m. in the Weill Cornell Medical Library.
The Medical Complex Art Show, which is sponsored by the Library, includes many kinds of art—paintings, photographs, computer-generated art, sculpture, ceramics and handicrafts—all done by staff, faculty, students, volunteers and friends of Weill Medical College and Graduate School of Medical Sciences, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (Weill Cornell campus), Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, The Rockefeller University and the Hospital for Special Surgery.
The winner of the Golden Harvest Award for Best of Show will be announced at the reception. All are welcome.
The Art Show will remain on exhibit in the Library through January.
