Dr. Francis Collins to Discuss Human Genome Project on April 24

Dr. Francis Collins, director of NIH's National Human Genome Research Institute, will address the "Medical and Societal Consequences of the Human Genome Project," on Monday, April 24, at 4 p.m., at the Alumni Auditorium of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons (650 W. 168th St., 1st floor). The presentation is a regional distinguished lecture of the National Academy of Sciences Institute of Medicine, and is open to faculty, staff and students of all New York City medical schools and other health institutions.
