Weill Cornell and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital honored their dedicated staffs at "Employee Appreciation Day" on March 14. Employees, faculty and students enjoyed a brief tropical getaway as they were given leis, crowns and beads while enjoying the music of a live band. During breakfast, lunch and dinner, administrators and managers served employees complimentary meals from various tropical islands in the Garden Café.
Weill Cornell's Finance Department, located at 100 Broadway, and Physician Organization Billing Office, located at 575 Lexington Ave., also honored their staffs with complimentary luncheons at those sites.
