The Medical College organized a special panel discussion for students to express their thoughts and questions about the terrorist destruction of the World Trade Center.

The Medical College organized a special panel discussion on Sept. 20 for Weill Cornell students to give them an opportunity to express their thoughts and questions about the many implications of the terrorist destruction of the World Trade Center. Members of the panel were (from left) Dr. Antonio Gotto, dean of the Medical College; Dr. Neal Flomenbaum, professor of medicine and emergency physician-in-chief at the Medical Center; Dr. Joseph Fins, professor of medicine and director of medical ethics; Rev. Curtis Hart, director of the Pastoral Care and Education Department; Dr. JoAnn Difede, assistant professor of psychology in psychiatry and an expert on post-traumatic stress disorder; and Dr. Yassin El-Ayouty, an expert on the politics of the Middle East and Africa. The program was moderated by Dr. Carol Storey-Johnson, senior associate dean for education.
