"Live Longer and Smarter: Control Your Blood Pressure!" was the theme of the "Information Please" breakfast hosted by Weill Cornell Overseer Daisy Soros on May 16. "Information Please" breakfasts, which are organized by the Office of Development, provide information on the latest medical advances to donors and other friends of the Medical College.

Dr. Antonio Gotto, dean of the Medical College and one of the world's leading researchers and educators in the prevention of heart disease, welcomed the guests to the breakfast. Dean Gotto discussed his role as principal investigator in clinical research that has proven the benefits of controlling cholesterol to help reduce the risk of heart disease.
