NewYork Weill Cornell Community Invited to Special JAMA-Lasker Foundation Research Presentation at Rockefeller Univ. (Feb. 6)

Members of the NewYork Weill Cornell community are invited to a special presentation on "Opportunities for Medical Research in the 21st Century," on Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 9:45 to 11:45 a.m., at Rockefeller University's Caspary Auditorium. Co-hosted by JAMA and the Albert and Mary Lasker Foundation, the presentation includes exciting talks by three world-renowned scientists: "Research Opportunities and Advances in Lung Disease" by Dr. Ronald Crystal of Weill Cornell; "Prospects for Neurology and Psychiatry" by Nobel Prize and Lasker laureate Dr. Eric Kandel of Columbia; and "Research Opportunities in Biomedical Engineering" by Dr. Linda Griffith of MIT. No pre-registration is required for this free program.
