Millennium Lecture Series Continues With Gene Therapy Program on May 16

Dr. Ronald Crystal, a world authority on gene therapy and director of the Institute for Genetic Medicine at Weill Cornell, continues the prestigious Millennium Lecture Series—"Revolutionizing Medicine in the 21st Century: The Impact of Genetics and Molecular Biology"—on Tuesday, May 16, at 7 p.m., at the American Museum of Natural History (Central Park West at 79th Street). His talk, entitled "Gene Therapy Enters Adolescence: Progress and Issues," provides a first-hand view of the effort to harness genetic therapies to treat human disease.
